How do I know which size of walker is right for me?

In general, walker handles should be at about wrist height to allow for a slight bend in the elbow. Since every person is different, it’s best to measure an individual to assess the best fit. To measure, let your hands hang naturally at your side and measure the distance from your wrist to the floor. Compare this measurement with the height adjustments on the walker and select the size that most appropriately matches your wrist height.
