The BedCane can be used with traditional beds with box springs, platforms, or slats. It is not intended to be used with adjustable beds or with extra soft mattresses.
What size of mattress works with this bed rail?

Can this bed rail be used on adjustable base beds?
No, for safety reasons, we do not recommend using the BedCane on adjustable beds.
Does this bed rail attach to the bed?
Yes, the BedCane includes a safety strap that attaches around the bed frame to keep the bed rail securely in place.

To ensure it is safe to use this product, test your mattress by taking your fist and applying about 12lbs (5.4kg) of weight on the edge of the mattress.
